Carlos E. Cárdenas is a Mechanical Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the sugar industry, specializing in mill operations, factory modernization, and energy optimization. He has led major upgrades and capacity expansions in multiple sugar mills, significantly improving efficiency and reducing operational losses. At Sucro Engineering, Carlos brings deep technical expertise and leadership to support high-performance sugar processing solutions.

Rafael Zaun is a chemical engineer with over 22 years of experience in the sugar industry, specializing in process optimization, crystallization, and heat economy. He has led major engineering and process improvement projects worldwide, including roles at BMA and CASSA, where he focused on enhancing production efficiency and reducing sugar losses. As Director of Engineering at Sucro Engineering, Rafael brings deep technical expertise in refinery and mill process design and technology implementation.
